Lab Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood and other samples with care, maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely documentation and specimen transport, and communicating effectively with patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sample Collection: Collect blood and other samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and sample results.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all samples are properly documented and transported to the laboratory for analysis.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in laboratory settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
