Operations Management Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to fill the role of Operations Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores and clinical teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior store management or multi-site equivalent role. They will also possess extensive retail and/or sales management experience and knowledge.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring on the day-to-day operations of the retail and clinical teams within the area.
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Retail and Clinical teams through the successful implementation of Bay Audio policies and procedures.
  • Enhance and support the communication between NSO, store, and clinical teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvement within the operations team.
  • Drive lead generation and revenue to exceed budgets and targets on a consistent basis.
  • Lead, manage, and coach the Clinical teams and Store Managers on a daily/weekly basis during store visits and other communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong and proven ability to motivate and lead large teams.
