Key Responsibilities
  • Manage caseloads and provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions
  • Collaborate with employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts to develop effective injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans to support clients' return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes
  • Work across multiple schemes, including workers' compensation, compulsory third-party insurance, and employer-funded injury prevention programs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • General or Provisional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
  • Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication skills, compassion, and kindness, along with empathy and excellent time management skills
