Key Responsibilities:

  • Overhaul and assemble gearboxes, pumps, pulleys, valves, screens, and OEM components to high-precision standards">
  • Operate and maintain workshop equipment relevant to your skill set">
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions accurately">
  • Manage workshop cleanliness, tool condition, and equipment integrity">
  • Assist and guide apprentices and trade assistants to support team capability">
  • Provide feedback to improve tooling, processes, and the working environment">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • ">
  • Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter trade qualification">
  • Current Driver's Licence">
  • Work at Heights Certificate">
  • Confined Space Certificate">
  • Dogging/Rigging (preferred but not essential)">
  • Forklift Ticket (preferred but not essential)">
  • Fitness to handle manual labour and provide a clear drug and alcohol screening">
  • A solid commitment to safety, along with a genuine reliable nature">
