Clinical Care Specialist

As a highly skilled professional in our Critical Care training position, you'll deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll also be supported to complete the Transition to Intensive Care Nurse Education Program—a chance to deepen your clinical expertise while contributing to a team that values compassion, integrity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll work alongside experienced clinicians to provide safe, person-centred care to critically ill patients, involving clinical assessments, care planning, and active participation in a multidisciplinary team focused on quality outcomes.
- As part of your transition program, you'll complete ICU and cardiac workbooks, assignments, clinical assessments, and an exam—integrated into your daily practice with guidance and support.
- You'll be encouraged to ask questions, speak up, and take pride in your contribution. Every shift is a chance to learn, lead, and deliver care reflecting our core values of dignity, courage, and continuous improvement.
