Technical Expert Role

We are seeking a technical expert to support the sales process by providing solutions to potential customers.

  • This involves understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and creating customised solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales team with technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Addressing technical inquiries from potential customers.
  • Creating customised solutions that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar technical role.
  • Relevant certifications in infrastructure and/or networking.
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure (Dell/HPE) and networking (Juniper/Aruba/Fortinet).
  • Hands-on experience with product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution architecture design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
  • Travel on-site to our office and client's site.
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
