As a Medical Laboratory Technician Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in positively impacting the health of Australians. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, quality care, and compassionate support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, sometimes independently in a solo clinic, utilizing your skills and expertise to deliver great results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting samples (blood and non-blood) with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample
  • Meeting strict turnaround times for documentation
  • Packaging specimens for transport and testing
  • Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection
  • Transferable skills gained in other positions within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
  • Strong organisational skills, including time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently
  • Hold a valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
  • Hold a working with Children's Check or be willing to obtain one
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work
