Job OverviewThe successful candidate will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and delivering maintenance programs at Bunge's Bunbury Terminal and upcountry sites. Key responsibilities include workflow planning, spare part inventory management, proactive and preventive maintenance scheduling, and reporting on maintenance-related metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize resource utilization and improve productivity.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Schedule proactive and preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Collect and analyze data to report on maintenance-related metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of resources, procedures, and training for the maintenance team and contractors.
- Support operational activities around the terminal as required.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in asset management and optimization, preferably in the grain storage and handling industry.
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with Export Act and DAFF Biosecurity Export Regulations, including Registered Establishment Regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Bunge offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of AUD 85,000 - 105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
