The Senior Coordinator, People Operations role requires a highly skilled professional to lead and guide the Coordinators and Senior Advisers in the People Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional and accurate support and advice throughout the employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead with values, ethics and emotional intelligence to grow team resilience, inclusion and performance and set clear standards of expected behaviour.
- Provide direction and oversight to ensure high-quality support and advice on all employment lifecycle matters.
- Oversee the accuracy and effectiveness of data input into the HR management system and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of people operations through the delivery of targeted projects that ensure compliance and an improved experience for staff.
- Develop and maintain a variety of systems, processes and diverse range of people and sources to gather information and gain deeper understanding.
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in leading and managing a team, including setting clear objectives, providing direction, and ensuring high performance.
- Experience in people operations, including managing employment lifecycle processes and providing HR advice.
- Experience in leading and executing projects related to employee experience, or HR initiatives.
