Operations Manager

This key leadership position is responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
As a hands-on leader, you will work closely with the team to ensure that all daily tasks and operations are covered, and provide direct support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver outstanding performance in cleaning, trolley collection and waste management.
- Create rosters to ensure that all daily tasks and operations are covered.
- Work collaboratively with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity and upcoming priorities.
Additionally, this role requires physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. You must be organised and able to manage your time effectively to ensure the team has all the equipment and supplies they need to work safely and efficiently.
