Skyro AU is a Brisbane-based startup pioneering the inspection of aging electricity infrastructure with cutting-edge technology.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth from inception.
  • Market Development: Establish Skyro AU as the leading provider of inspection technology in Australia.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with major utilities, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Business Optimization: Enhance pricing, service delivery, and customer success strategies to foster growth.
  • Team Enhancement: Recruit and lead commercial, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Funding Acquisition: Collaborate with the technical co-founder to secure funding for pre-seed, series A, and beyond rounds.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Commercial Expertise: 5+ years of proven commercial leadership with demonstrable revenue growth, B2B enterprise sales experience, business development expertise, and a track record of building and scaling commercial teams.
  • Startup Experience: Previous startup founder or early-stage commercial leadership (seed through series B), experience navigating rapid growth phases, and comfort with ambiguity, resource constraints, and fast iteration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in the utility/energy sector, established network within Australian utilities, understanding of utility procurement processes, and regulatory environment.
Requirements
  • Financial Independence: Possess personal financial runway to be a co-founder of a startup.
  • Founder DNA: Must meet Antler requirements and pass screening and interviews.
