Digital Health Services Coordinator

This position will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of human, financial, material, and capital resources to provide a cost-effective, quality service that meets key performance indicators and financial accountabilities of the InsideOut Institute.
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management, as a Health Professional, Public Health or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing operational plans to meet business objectives;
- Managing budgets and financial resources to achieve financial targets;
- Coordinating and managing staff to achieve business outcomes;
- Providing strategic direction and leadership to the team;
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
