About the Role

This Technology Services Division is at the forefront of digital health innovation, entrusted with the operation and enhancement of reliable, secure national digital health infrastructure and health support systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating activities in integrated project plans to track project delivery through design, build, testing, and implementation, ensuring smooth transition to operational teams.
  2. Managing project control registers for dependencies, risks, and issues, change control, actions, and more.
  3. Working within the agency's governance and project delivery process for large-scale projects, adhering to standards, frameworks, policies, and guidelines in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in project coordination across various ICT projects, such as software and systems development, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Complex technical environment experience, coordinating project activities across parties and tracking multiple dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Understanding and experience supporting projects following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong governance focus with knowledge of project management frameworks and competencies, including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud and multi-cloud environments, such as Azure, OCI, and AWS.
