Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping to help our customers maintain their independence.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities to enhance our customers' quality of life.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional needs.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
- Transport our customers to appointments and provide social support during these visits.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
- A guaranteed number of hours and shifts in Burleigh Heads, QLD.
- Extensive paid training and a culture of continuous learning to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.

- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
