About The RoleThis role will work closely with our IT team to design and manage Contact Center Technology platforms, encompassing Enterprise Business Intelligence, Telephony Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Software Development.
You will be accountable for managing and mentoring teams to achieve collective goals and objectives defined by our leadership.
Key Details:Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
Key Skills and Experience:- Proven experience in a similar senior technology management role.
- Contact Center or CX environment expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong MSBI stack development skills.
- ETL solution design and reporting expertise.
- MS Power BI experience for creating business intelligence dashboards.
- T-SQL and relational database architecture understanding.
- Data modeling using Kimball and/or DataVault 2.0 methodologies.
- Cloud (Azure and AWS) and on-premise environment experience.
- Salesforce CRM / Genesys Cloud / WFM systems knowledge desirable.
