About the Role

Crown Equipment is seeking a skilled Battery and Charger Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our battery and charger systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on battery and charger equipment to ensure seamless customer operations and satisfaction.
  • Identify equipment beyond economical repair and complete required documentation.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of battery and charger systems to maintain Crown Equipment's high standards.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in battery and charger maintenance or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
