Battery and Charger Technician

**About the Role**

As a Battery & Charger Equipment Specialist at Crown Equipment, you will play a vital role in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our battery and charger systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

**Requirements**:
**Key opportunities for this role include**:

- Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on battery and charger equipment.
- Identify equipment beyond economical repair and complete required forms.
- Removal and storage of parts which can be used for the repair of batteries and charges to maintain Crown assets.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless customer operations and satisfaction.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of battery and charger systems.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

**To be successful in this role you will likely have**:

- Experience in battery and charger maintenance or related technical field is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
