**Job Description**
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching your team to achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement store operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Lead and coach your team to achieve sales and profit targets
• Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to develop and implement plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Manage and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of store operations
• Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that promotes employee engagement and retention
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience in retail management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
