Assistant Store Manager Role

This leadership position oversees daily store operations and supports team development to deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Job:

  • The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and achieve operational success.
  • This role involves coaching and developing team members, promoting a positive work environment, and prioritizing safety.
  • Able candidates should have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step.
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience is essential.
  • Ideal candidates will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge, a flexible availability, and hold a valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations to achieve success.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment by leading by example and promoting teamwork.
