Your Role:

  • Facilitate user research, from discovery to usability testing, and create key UX artefacts like journey maps, service blueprints, and wireframes.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders, gather feedback, guide brainstorming, and foster collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and other designers to craft seamless, end-to-end user experiences, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Design scalable systems for websites, apps, and digital products, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in creating polished user interface designs and visual assets that elevate the overall product quality.
  • Champion best practices, contribute to our team culture, and promote design thinking throughout the business.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and drive innovation.

About You:

  • You'll have 4+ years of design experience, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX and visual design.
  • A proven track record managing multiple projects with complex stakeholder requirements.
  • A well-rounded skill set—from running research activities to crafting high-fidelity, interactive designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently.
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change while staying focused on strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in Figma (our go-to design tool).
