Transforming User Experiences through Research and Insights

We're seeking a talented UX Researcher to contribute significantly to our team's understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

  • Leverage observation techniques, interviews, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies to ensure our products are regularly tested with users.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights to drive product innovation.
  • Develop research solutions independently, articulating use cases informed by user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions and connect them to overall product strategy.
  • Mentor junior researchers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

About the Role

As UX Researcher, you will be responsible for leading small to medium projects, planning and conducting research, analyzing findings, and recommending solutions. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that user-centered design principles are applied throughout the product development process.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human Geography, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years working as UX Researcher or User Researcher.
  • Demonstrated experience working with UX Designers and Product Managers in a technology/product-oriented product development environment.
  • Able to navigate a corporate culture, comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
  • Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn and develop your research toolkit.
