Job Title

About the Role:

This role will involve educating the medical community on the benefits of Medicinal Cannabis, supporting healthcare professionals in accessing Medicinal Cannabis for their patients, and showcasing Cannatrek's range of products.

You will take ownership of your territory, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Doctors, Specialists, Pharmacists, and other key healthcare stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate Prescribers on Cannatrek products and Medicinal Cannabis prescribing.
  • Implement a comprehensive business plan to facilitate growth within your geographical region.
  • Deliver presentations to individuals and in group settings to support the use of Cannatrek products.
  • Be responsive to Prescriber inquiries, meeting Cannatrek response time requirements.
  • Have a working understanding of TGA, NIIM, and relevant regulatory bodies rules and regulations for prescribing Medicinal Cannabis.
  • Utilise our CRM in a meaningful manner ensuring that it's kept up to date and provides insights to the Sales and Senior leadership teams.

  • A qualification in the Sciences field or experience in Pharmaceutical or relevant Industry is desirable.
  • Proven track record in developing a territory, building your business, setting, achieving, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive, resilient self-starter.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Desire to learn, ability to quickly absorb new information and understand its impact on the program.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
