Job Summary

The Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator plays a crucial role in enhancing healthcare systems, processes, and outcomes across Central Australian Aboriginal Congress services and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide CQI knowledge and support with Communicare Administration, Accreditation, Risk Management, Policies and Procedures, National, NT and Organisation KPI reporting
  • Operational planning, identified CQI projects, and the development of monitoring and evaluation plans
