The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Vaccine Improvement Specialist to join our team in Alice Springs. As a key member of our immunisation program, you will play a critical role in improving vaccination rates and ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve vaccination awareness and coverage rates across all Congress clinics.
- Monitor and report on Congress' immunisation systems, including reporting to NTIR and AIR.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide leadership and guidance on immunisation practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and health organisations.

- A competitive salary range of $115,459 - $123,981 per annum (pro rata) + superannuation + district allowance + remote benefits.
- An attractive total effective package of $140,205 - $151,519 per annum (pro rata).
