Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator at our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Contribute to documenting program evaluations and assist in monitoring child progress.
  • Actively engage with children during program implementation and build positive relationships with other educators.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure effective communication regarding their children's care and needs.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service operation and high morale.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Experience working with the 0-5 age group is preferred.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
  • Current Working with Children's Check and First Aid certification.
  • Experience in programming cycle development and implementation is desirable.
