Store Beauty Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, supporting the Store Manager, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining efficient store operations.
- Take initiative on the sales floor to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to training team members on products and customer service skills.
- Ensure high visual merchandising standards and maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Help resolve customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Assist with stock management and inventory tasks.
- Open and close the store as required, upholding operational procedures.
About You:
We are looking for individuals with:
- Previous retail or supervisory experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Fluent English and Mandarin or Cantonese language skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and passion for the beauty industry.
- Presentation, positive attitude, and reliability.
