Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate student growth through instructional strategies.
  • Develop engaging lessons that promote intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of all students.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and community to ensure the success of every student.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to required procedures and practices.
  • Evaluate student outcomes and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

Job Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Meet Maryland state certification requirements in the applicable field of education.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MCPS curriculum, instructional techniques, and policies.
  • Ability to integrate technology into curriculum and work collaboratively with colleagues.

Working Conditions:
