This position involves teaching reading skills to students in a mixed-grade setting.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective instructional plans for students, focusing on diverse learning needs and styles.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, supervising students and maintaining order.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular updates and feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and administrators to achieve academic goals and support student success.
- Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Proven experience in teaching reading skills to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
