Digital Marketing Expert Wanted

Agency Iceberg is seeking a Senior Account Manager with experience in digital marketing to drive client revenue and lead strategic campaigns.

  • Support the General Manager and work within the wider digital team
  • Work with account managers across lead generation, automation, SEO, and organic content for clients
  • Lead content and community management
  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure efficient workflow within the studio
  • Be a key resource within our growing team
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns that generate ROI for customers
  • Collaborate with internal producers to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Engage and collaborate with client stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Drive business development strategy and processes
Requirements
  • Live in Melbourne
  • At least 5 years of agency digital marketing experience
  • Currently working in a Senior Account Manager or newly-appointed Account Director role
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering property sales and marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing large budgets
  • Significant experience in developing multi-channel customer acquisition and retention plans
  • Minimum of four years of account management experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or digital marketing are a bonus
  • Deadline-driven
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
