Job Description:Heavy Equipment Maintenance Coordinator Role

This Full-Time position is based at our Perth office, with occasional travel to clients' sites. As a Fixed Plant Coordinator, you will work across a diverse scope of projects and services, offering you the opportunity to be involved in various projects and activities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with site crews, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify areas for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on services available within the group, promoting the value we offer to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with mechanical and electrical site crews, maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in a similar role within fixed plant maintenance or infrastructure maintenance, ideally with trade experience.
  • Excellent customer relations and people management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
  • Enthusiasm for winning new business, building on relationships, and executing plans to achieve success.
  • High-level organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully.
