Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our heavy machinery and equipment used in mining operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair heavy machinery and equipment, including excavators, drills, and light vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience with a variety of heavy earthmoving equipment – CAT, Hitachi, Liebherr
- Proven experience with a variety of drills including CAT, Sandvik, Atlas Copco and Epiroc (highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated experience with on-site repairs e.g. excavator bucket and truck tray body rebuilds
- Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Capability to read and work in accordance with drawings, schematics, and work plans
- Australian recognized Trade Certificate
- Demonstrated experience with on-site repairs to light vehicles
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $66.14 - $73.03 per hour (dependent on experience)
