Transformation Expert

You will help organisations deliver successful outcomes through complex transformation projects. Your career is yours to shape.

The opportunity to make things better and drive change is yours. You will work closely with clients to design and implement business transformations that unlock operational efficiencies and drive growth through customer-centric transformation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with delivering business transformation projects across areas such as customer growth strategy, customer experience design and implementation, digital transformation, strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency, process optimisation and ways of working, operating model design.
  • Deliver complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle – from strategy through design and into implementation.
  • Contribute to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals and managing key relationships.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience in delivering projects/programs involving business and/or technology transformation, preferably within the financial services environment. Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

  • A structured approach to critical problem solving.
  • Management consulting experience gained through a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong capabilities in understanding business operations, sales, service and marketing transformation, and the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical/business concepts clearly and confidently to both internal and external stakeholders.
