Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to support vulnerable members of our community in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance and social services to clients, including meal preparation, pet care, cleaning, and transportation.
  • Review client care plans to understand their goals and needs, and use an app to track important information.
  • Identify potential hazards and take steps to ensure client safety.
  • Support clients with daily living tasks and promote independence.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the aged care sector (Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support preferred).
  • Strong desire to help vulnerable individuals live fulfilling lives.
  • Friendly personality with good relationship-building skills and respect for dignity and privacy.
  • Current Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle (travel is a requirement of the role).
