As a Nightfill Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our night-fill department.

This involves taking full accountability for the running of the night-fill team, guaranteeing deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked, and store presentation is maintained to exceptional standards during evening and night trade.

  • You will have direct leadership experience as you lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • You will keep things simple and inspire customers by maintaining Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards.
  • You will drive a one-team culture that celebrates success, prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing, and delights customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
