Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Nightfill Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership skills. As a Nightfill Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the night-fill department runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional store presentation during evening and night trade.

The successful candidate will have direct leadership experience and will be able to lead, coach, and develop their team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements. They will also ensure that Coles' visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.

A key aspect of this role will be to drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience to customers.
