As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic care and supporting the growth and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver therapeutic care and support.
  • Implement current best practice therapeutic interventions and program guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care and child safety.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing home environment, including managing household duties and providing nutritious meals.
  • Support young people in their educational, social, and recreational pursuits while fostering independence.
Requirements
  • A minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask with ease.
  • A driver's license (minimum green P's) is essential for transporting young people.
