Senior Administration Officer, Specialty Medicine Program Coordinator

About the Role
The Senior Administrative Officer, Specialty Medicine Program, is accountable to the Business Administrative Manager, Business Operations, for the provision of specialist administrative support to the Senior Leadership within the Specialty Medicine Program. The Senior Administrative Officer provides effective administrative support services on behalf of the Medical Directorate in accordance with the philosophy, overall objectives, and policies of the Health organization and the Department of Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership within the Specialty Medicine Program.
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and projects on behalf of the Medical Directorate.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Working with Children Check.
- Aged Care Screening check.
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
