About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

The position reports to the Team Leader and offers a flexible working arrangement.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, level 3.

Responsibilities
  • Engage clients in recreational activities and/or recovery related activities.
  • Provide transport to clients participating in the program.
  • Maintain regular communication with all team members.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with residents.
  • Respond promptly to incidents that may impact resident safety and security in accordance with site policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Lived experience of mental health and/or homelessness is essential.
  • Experience in supporting people who are struggling with mental health and/or homelessness is required.
  • Certificate of Full Vaccination status for Covid-19 is necessary prior to commencement.
  • National Police Check and NT Working with Children Ochre Card check are also required prior to commencement.
