- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
- Build relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen referral networks
- Coordinate with external providers to fulfill service requests
Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and communities.
