
Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a highly skilled customer support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will offer first-line support to customers, assist with product navigation, answer phone calls and emails, and process web forms in a timely manner. You will also liaise with product teams to provide customer feedback for improvements and log, track, update, and resolve all service requests from customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role within a technology company
- Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
- High standard of written and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision and passionate about exceeding personal and team goals
