Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating a passion for excellence through delivering outstanding service
  • Providing personalized service to exceed guest expectations
  • Embodying the can-do attitude of French hospitality
  • Organizing and controlling the day-to-day operation of In Room Dining
  • Managing food and beverage services within the restaurant

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all areas are adequately staffed to meet business levels
  • Maintaining high-quality products and service standards
  • Assisting with training and development of team members
  • Counting cash floats and maintaining accurate records
