Customer Experience Manager

We're looking for a results-driven Customer Experience Manager to drive sales and profit growth in our Sydney store. As a key player, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our store's goals.

As a leader, you'll spend 80% of your time on the shop floor, setting plans to deliver the best customer service, motivating others, and promoting our loyalty program. You'll work closely with the store visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a commitment to our company values. If you're a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and motivate others to create the best customer experience
  • Ensure store operations and best practices are followed in your department and throughout the store
  • Promote our loyalty program in line with store and country goals
  • Collaborate with the store visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience
  • Promote an open feedback culture where giving and receiving feedback helps drive goals forward and is the foundation for helping our people grow
