Requirements
  • Education and Experience

We require:

  • Completion of General Insurance Code of Practice course within the last 6 months.
  • Diploma of Financial Services, Risk & Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of ASIC RG271 and RG78.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a compliance role within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with AFCA complaints and processes.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
