Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking individuals to fill the role of a Customer Service Representative, providing exceptional service to customers in our Library and Learning Hubs.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure customers have a positive experience by delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Support the learning outcomes of residents by assisting in the use of resources, technology, and online library platforms, and delivering literacy and learning programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Completion of at least 4 years secondary education plus a short industry-based training course or some on-the-job training.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to relate well to a diverse range of people.
  • Some experience working in public libraries or a community-focused organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
