About this Role:Workshop Manager Position: We seek a dynamic Workshop Manager to lead our workshop. As part of this role, you will oversee planning, direction, and coordination of fleet and MHE operations to ensure optimal safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
Main Responsibilities: Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of performance objectives; plan, prioritize, and coordinate repair jobs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity; mentor and support technicians with ongoing training to ensure high-quality output.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in MHE fleet maintenance or related field; trade qualification in heavy mechanical maintenance is essential; strong expertise in maintenance planning, cost control, and compliance; hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
