Job Title: Delegated Account Manager

AXA XL is seeking a highly skilled Delegated Account Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our governance and oversight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of material service provider arrangements in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and coordination of material service provider requirements, including delegated authorities and internal agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including APRA (CPS 230) and XLICSE legal entity requirements.
  • Supervising scheduling, conduct, results, and follow-up actions of internal and external audits for material service providers.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, including product lines and support areas, to ensure adequate communication and continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure bordereaux are submitted on time and relevant checks and controls are performed.
  • Coordinating internal and external reporting requirements, ensuring key timelines and requirements are met.
  • Ensuring MI data and reports are secured and provided in required timeframes.
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including Governance and Operations departments.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think independently and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identifying trends and directing engagement with others as needed.
  • Experience in risk governance, compliance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
