Empower Clients to Thrive: Senior Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We're seeking skilled professionals to empower clients in their rehabilitation journey, providing innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

This role will be based in a flexible hybrid working environment, where you'll work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.

In this dynamic and supportive team, you'll contribute to delivering best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management, and wellbeing services across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios with dedication and care, actively addressing challenges and promoting recovery.
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships that drive success.
  • Conduct thorough vocational and non-vocational assessments, identifying effective strategies for client empowerment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment, where everyone feels valued and supported.
Requirements:
  • Hold qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Be registered with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA, or AASW.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation or access to vehicle perks.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Acknowledge experience in workplace rehabilitation is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing skills, empowering clients to take control of their recovery journey.
  • Show a collaborative mindset, effectively working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.
