Bring Dreams to Life as a Bathroom Specialist

As part of our dynamic showroom team in Maryborough, you'll be working closely with builders, interior designers, and homeowners to help them create their ideal bathroom.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on selecting the perfect bathroom products
  • Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Using our 3D planning tool to bring customers' visions to life
  • Visiting customers on site to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensuring the showroom is running smoothly and safely at all times

What We're Looking for in a Candidate:

  • A sales or customer service background with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience in retail sales is beneficial, but not essential – we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us
  • Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • A desire to develop your career, either within our company or through opportunities within our network
