About The RoleYou will be part of the showroom team in Maryborough, supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Your Day-to-DayA Typical Day Will Involve:
- Assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
- Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
- Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
- Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
- Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
- Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow
- Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Sales and ordering
- Product knowledge and demonstration
- Store operations and maintenance
