As a key member of our showroom team in Maryborough, you will play a vital role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products, creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone, and utilizing our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life.

A typical day in this role will involve:
  1. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
  2. Utilizing your knowledge of our product range to make informed recommendations to customers.
  3. Managing customer quotes and orders efficiently and effectively.
  4. Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and organized showroom environment.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • You should be energetic, take initiative, and be willing to learn and grow with our company.
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
